We are determined at Mansa Memorial Hospital to ensure this is not the case and aim to keep you fully informed throughout your visit with a case summary after each appointment. However, if at any time you have concerns please do not hesitate to speak to a member of staff. Most importantly, we encourage you to give us your feedback before leaving our facility as we would always try to put right any issues that you have at the time that you experience them.

We work hard with various facilities, consultants, and other specialists to ensure that we provide all our patients with an individual, personal service which is tailored to their needs where clinical care is of the highest standard and provided by appropriately trained staff. Our support services teams focus on maintaining excellence in the non-clinical aspects of patient care including administration, housekeeping, and maintenance.
