Many nurses and midwives in Ghana complete their education but remain unemployed for years due to limited job opportunities.
To address this, we offer hands-on refresher internship programs that equip unemployed nurses with the practical skills and experience needed to gain employment. Recognizing the vital role of nursing and midwifery in patient care, our programs focus on skill competency, structured decision-making, and high-quality care.
