Our Commitment

Health Equity in Action

The Mansa Memorial Foundation is dedicated to advancing health equity and fostering community well-being by directly supporting Mansa Memorial Hospital in Ghana. Our mission is rooted in the belief that every individual, regardless of background, deserves access to high-quality, affordable healthcare.

Mansa Memorial Hospital operates as a 100% not-for-profit private healthcare facility, with no religious, political, or external affiliations. Our commitment is simple but powerful: to deliver compassionate care with dignity and clinical excellence.

The Foundation supports four core programs with clear, measurable outcomes: the Centre for Nursing & Midwifery, Cervical Cancer Prevention, Hypertension & Diabetes Prevention, and Antenatal/Postnatal Maternal Health. Each initiative is tailored to meet the unique healthcare needs of the communities we serve, especially in underserved and rural areas.

Invest in Health. Invest in Hope.

Through these efforts, the Mansa Memorial Foundation is building a healthy future for rural communities. To continue and expand our impact, we welcome support from private donors and institutions who share our vision and want to make a lasting difference on the ground.

Building from our vision to transform healthcare access in rural communities, we remain steadfast in our efforts to ensure that every person receives the care they need and deserve.

Building a Healthier Future

We are committed to shifting from a reactive model of healthcare to one that emphasizes prevention, education, and early intervention. This strategic shift reflects our dedication to healthcare equity and delivering high-quality, compassionate care to every woman, regardless of her background or location.

We hope that our work and support will significantly lower maternal mortality and morbidity rates, combat the growing burden of non-communicable diseases, and offer life-saving screening and treatment for cervical cancer.
